Free User Accounts: Groomers University “User” membership grants you access to the Groomers University social platform. Groomers University “User” accounts are completely free to sign up. When you purchase a membership you automatically get access to Groomers University.

 

 

Paid Memberships: Groomers University Memberships grant you access to the entire library of webinars, courses, and tutorials on the Groomers University website as well as any new webinars and courses added along with exclusive member affiliates discounts, business tools, and more. Memberships are up to $100 depending on the package, per month and are set to auto-renew each month based on the day you sign up.

We kindly request that our members adhere to our policy of maintaining single-person use memberships without any sharing. It is important to note that schools and businesses that require access for multiple individuals should consider signing up for a Multi-User account. Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel any membership if we become aware that it is being shared by more than one person. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a fair and equitable environment for all members.

 

 

Cancelling Your Membership: If you would like to cancel your membership you may do so at any time from your account dashboard. Canceling your account will immediately remove your access to all Member content.

 

 

 

 

AFFILIATES

 

 

Commissions: As an affiliate, you may share your affiliate tracking code and earn a 25% commission on any initial new member signup that comes through your link. The commission will be tracked up to 30 days after your link is clicked, and is valid only for the first payment of a new users membership. If a membership is refunded for any reason, the commission associated with that signup will be voided. If a member cancels their subscription and signs up again through your affiliate link, the commission will be voided.

 

 

Payouts: Commission earnings will be paid out on a Monthly basis through PayPal. Payout amounts must be a minimum of $35, or will roll over to the next scheduled payout.

General: The following are the rules and policies that govern use of the groomersu.com website, herein referred to as “SITE,” by the user of the SITE, herein referred to as “USER.” By using, visiting, or placing an order on the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, herein referred to as “TERMS,” and to follow these TERMS and all applicable laws and regulations governing the SITE. Groomers University reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE. If USER violates these TERMS, Groomers University may terminate USER’s access to the SITE, bar USER from future use of the SITE, cancel USER’s order(s), and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.

Violation of the TERMS: Groomers University, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, may terminate USER’s access to the SITE, cancel USER’s order or exercise any other remedy available to it. USER agrees that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Groomers University for violations of these TERMS and conditions and USER consents to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Groomers University is not required to provide any refund to USER if USER is terminated as a USER of the SITE.

 

 

Intellectual Property Policy: All text, graphics, files, applets, scripts, software, and other works on the SITE are the copyrighted works of Groomers University. Any unauthorized redistribution or reproduction of any copyrighted materials on the SITE is strictly prohibited. Groomers University and groomersu.com are protected marks of Groomers University, LLC. All rights, including those not explicitly stated in these policies, are expressly reserved.

 

 

Groomers University reserves the right to terminate the privileges of any USER who uses the SITES to unlawfully transmit or receive copyrighted material without a license or express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. After proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent to us, and confirmation through court order or admission by the USER that they have used the SITE as an instrument of unlawful infringement, we will terminate the infringing USER’s rights to use and/or access to the SITE. We may, also in our sole discretion, decide to terminate a USER’s rights to use or access the SITE prior to that time if we believe that the alleged infringement has occurred.

GROOMERS UNIVERSITY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, AND CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USERS, GROOMERS UNIVERSITY  USERS, ADVERTISERS, AND/OR SPONSORS ON THE SITES, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GROOMERS UNIVERSITY SERVICE OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO USER USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE GROOMERS UNIVERSITY SERVICE. GROOMERS UNIVERSITY  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACTIONS, OR FAILURE TO ACT OF ANY INSTRUCTOR, VENUE, PROMOTER, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH OR REFERENCED ON THE SITE.

 

 

Indemnity: USER agrees to indemnify and hold Groomers University, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of USER’s use of the SITE, including also USER’s use of the SITE to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the SITE.

 

 

Limitation on Liability: Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Groomers University be liable to USER for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Groomers University has been advised of the possibility of such damages. USER further agrees that the maximum available remedy on any successful claim is a refund of the amount paid by the USER when placing an order through SITE.

 

 

Groomers University is not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under any circumstances unless those items are specifically included as part of a package. Nor are we responsible for any delay causing USER to arrive late or miss the event for any reason. Any actions by our company that do result in USER missing their event will be rectified with our liability not exceeding 100% of USER’s total purchase price. Groomers University is not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event nor is Groomers University responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements, stage set-up, or venue conditions.

 

 

Governing Law: USER agrees that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of Groomers University or the SITE will be governed by the laws of the State of NEVADA without regard to its conflict of law provisions. USER agrees to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Nevada, Clark County.

 

 

Enforcement & Attorney’s Fees: Should litigation be required to enforce any provisions contained herein, then it is agreed by USER that the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs of such action so incurred including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees. Such an award shall also include all attorney’s fees and costs associated with having to litigate entitlement to attorney’s fees or the amount of such attorney’s fees. Such an award shall also include all attorney’s fees and costs associated with collection attempts or having to collect any judgment or any award of attorney’s fees. Such an award shall also include all attorney’s fees and costs associated with any appeals.

 

 

Force Majeure: Groomers University shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under Groomers University’s control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as “Force Majeure”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Groomers University shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to the USER in the event that Groomers University is prevented from performing hereunder due to “Force Majeure.”

 

 

Third Party Advertisers:Groomers University  may allow third party advertisers to advertise on the SITE. Groomers University undertakes no responsibility for USER’s dealings with, including any on-line or other purchases from, any third party advertisers. Groomers University shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by USER in its dealings with third party advertisers.

 

 

Changes to Provisions: The foregoing rules, TERMS, conditions, and policies may be modified by Groomers University at any time with or without notice to USER. If any provision of it is found void or unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable according to its TERMS. These policies were last amended on August 2, 2023.
